All the fruit is picked on the same morning the order is prepared. From early morning until approximately 12-1 pm we dedicate ourselves to collecting fruit and then preparing the different boxes.

Our smallest box weighs 5 kilos

At Cítricos Siscaret, we don't set limits. You can order as many boxes as you need. If the order is very large, you can contact us to see what the best service we can offer you is.

You have all the facilities to make the safest payment without any surcharge. When you place your order you can choose between paypay, VISA or Mastercard, cash on delivery or bank transfer (the order will not be sent until the transfer is completed).

Yes, the prices already include 4% VAT plus shipping costs within the peninsula. Shipments to the Balearic Islands and European countries may incur additional charges.

At Cítricos Siscaret we keep you informed at all times about the status of your order. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and when we proceed to ship it, you will also receive a shipping notification.

Delivery cannot be scheduled as it depends on the courier's route and workload. But we can give him the necessary instructions so that the messenger will do his best to carry them out.

The courier is obliged to call you from his front door to try to arrange a new delivery on the same day or the next day. If communication was not possible, they would leave a passing note and try again on the next working day.

It will depend on the type of fruit. At Cítricos Siscaret we work to have the largest number of varieties and offer fresh fruit for as long as possible. Thus we have oranges available from November to June; tangerines from October to February; lemons from October to June and grapefruits from January to June.
